The Division of Finance and Support Services (FSS) oversees key financial, operational, facilities, and human resources functions at Texas State University. Comprising 9 operating units and more than 440 employees, FSS supports the university’s administrative and operational needs. The Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer provides strategic guidance to the President and President’s Cabinet on finance, business operations, facilities, construction, and human resources.
