FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, offers online courses that go over the Incident Command System. This system is used by the TXST Emergency Management team to respond to events on the TXST campuses. The courses are self paced and free.

Skywarn Training

Skywarn training is put on by the National Weather Service and provides information on spotting adverse weather events and preparation. At the end of the training, you will even be classified as an official storm spotter!
