Conscribed Email Request

This form is to be used to send emails from division to members of the campus community; staff, faculty, and students. 

Please verify that your email submission includes the following. Any emails with missing information will be returned to the sender for resubmission.

  • Proofread content in 14-point Open Sans font.
  • An accurate and descriptive subject line for the email.
  • Any links, if applicable, are active and embedded as descriptive hyperlinks.
  • Any images or maps, if applicable, include alternate text and are accessibility friendly.
    • Do not put textual content in images embedded in emails.
  • Active contact email/phone for email recipients with questions.
Please note that requests should be made at least two business days in advance.
